“Have a chamomile tea,” my mother would say when I had stomach aches as a child, gently placing her hands on my belly and forehead until I felt more comfortable. Little did we know she was using acupressure points — all I knew was that it worked!

Growing up in Germany surrounded by herbs and complementary medicines, I developed a deep respect for natural ways of supporting the body. After migrating to Australia in 1986 and having children of my own, I discovered kinesiology while exploring gentle ways to support their wellbeing. This inspired me to study kinesiology and complementary therapies myself, and for over 25 years I’ve been guiding people to reconnect with their natural energy and support overall wellness.

My approach is rooted in simplicity and whole-person wellness, helping you reconnect with your natural energy, vitality, and balance. I believe when we feel well, we do well — in our relationships, our work, and the energy we bring to life.
